Simplest precaution for Tanning and Sunburn

Summers are in full swing. All the sleeveless clothes and shorts are hanging in the front row of our cupboards. Wearing such trendy clothes is really the in thing at the moment. But at the same time, it brings some major skin problems. Wearing shorts, deep neck and sleeveless; results in more skin exposure to the harmful Ultraviolet sunrays.

Exposure to sun is essential to the certain extent, because it gives Vitamin D to our body. But over exposure results in many problems like sun tan, sun burn or skin cancer apart from making our skin more prone to age related problems. So it should be avoided at any cost because of the harmful rays of the sun. But, with sun at its peak it is almost unavoidable thing these days.

In western countries, it is fashionable to have tan skin tone. People there especially sit in the sun for hours in order to get the desirable tan skin tone.
Whereas in India, people mostly do not like tan skin. Please note there is the difference between dark skin tone and sunburned uneven tan patches on skin. I am discussing today how to remove the sunburn / tan and get your original skin tone and not giving you the tips on how to become fairer. Though using these tips regularly may results in making your skin glow and lighter in color.
